I saw this on Sarita's web site... someone posted this at a pet store... i found it very interesting as it actually applies to relationship... most of it :-)

1. My life likely to last ten to fifteen years. Any separation from you will be painful for me. Remember that before you buy me.

2.Give me time to understand what you want of me2.

3. Place your trust in me--it's crucial to my Well-being.

4. Don't be angry for me for long and don't lock me up as punishment. You have your work, your entertainment and your friends . I have only you.

5. Talk to me sometimes. Even if I don't understand your words. I understand your voice when it's speaking to me5.

6.Be aware that however you treat me. I'll never forget it.

7.Remerber before you hit me that I have teeth that could easily crush the bones of your hand, but that I choose not to bite you.

8.Before you scold me for being uncooperative, please ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I'm not getting the right food, or I've been run in the sun too long or my heart is getting old and weak.

9.Take care of me when I get old. you too, will grow old.

10.Go with me on difficult journeys. Never sayIcan't bear to watch it or let it happen in my absent. Everything is easily for me if you are there. Remember, I love you.

Well... back again. Thought about writing Tango but didnt happen. I guess I rather spend the time dancing than writing about it. However, this time I am back for a different reason and a new motivation - I am in love :-)

A girl I met when I went back to Taiwan. It's not love-at-first-sight but it's close enough. I met her when she came to the Chrismas Eve milonga with my friend. They were not Tango dancers. They were just there to watch and check it out. Since I was too busy dancing I only had a short conversation with her and it was just about Tango.

She told me she always wanted to learn how to tango so I invited her to dance and she agreed. I can't explain but something is very special about this girl. She is friendly, sweet, easy-going and down-to-earth. She doesn't have the super model look (actually she can be if she wants to) but there is just something about her that makes you want to get close to her.

They left after staying maybe for an hour. Normally for non-Tango friends that means 'Oh, so this is Tango... interesting' and I will never see them at the Milonga again. But for this girl, she showed up two more times and I realized she does like Tango :-)
